Expert Companies
Expert Companies is the cross-application review list for organizations represented in Actualog. It helps authorized experts find companies, assess coverage, and identify records that need basic data or category relationships.
Open Expert Companies.
Search and sorting
Search by company name, website, city, or description. Sort by:
- name;
- recently updated;
- newest;
- category coverage;
- community reach.
Choose ascending or descending order where it makes sense for the selected sort.
Review filters
- Active plan finds companies with an active subscription plan.
- Verified domain finds companies with verified corporate-domain evidence.
- Missing website identifies incomplete public company information.
- Missing logo identifies companies without a logo.
- Needs category assignment identifies companies without category coverage.
These filters support review; they do not automatically fix a company record or grant authority over it.
Typical expert workflow
- Open Expert Companies.
- Search for a specific organization or select one or more review filters.
- Sort the results to prioritize recent, broad, or incomplete records.
- Open the company to inspect its profile, relationships, communities, and available management actions.
- Use the correct governed workflow for any change.
If data export is enabled, queue an export of selected companies or the applied result set. Apply filters before selecting all matching results.
When the export is ready, use Download export in the notification or open Expert -> Exports. Expert Companies export results are not stored under the selected company workspace.
Common mistakes
- A verified domain is trust evidence; it is not the same as a paid plan.
- Missing category assignment does not mean that the company has no products or business activity.
- Expert visibility does not automatically grant company-member permissions.
