This section contains Actualog’s legal documents and policy notices. Each document has a different purpose—they are intentionally separated so you can quickly find the rule set that applies to your situation.
What you’ll find here
- Terms of Service — operational terms for using the Actualog platform: access, accounts, subscriptions, availability, acceptable use, security, and service rules.
- Privacy Policy — how Actualog handles personal data (account data, logs, support communications), and the choices/rights available to users.
- Cookie Policy — how cookies and similar technologies are used for core functionality, preferences, security, and (where enabled) analytics.
- User Agreement — rules of participation in the Expert Community and governance model (including contributions to shared classifications and terminology).
- Licence Agreement — software licensing terms and the legal conditions of using the software as a service (where applicable).
How to choose the right document
- If you are using the platform (navigation, search, catalogs, subscriptions): start with Terms of Service.
- If you care about personal data and security: read Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- If you contribute to shared taxonomy / classifier / expert content: read User Agreement.
- If you need licensing and legal usage terms: read Licence Agreement.
Note for company users
If you use Actualog on behalf of a company, your organization may have additional contractual terms with Actualog. Those terms may supplement or override some of the documents in this section for the company relationship, while you remain responsible for complying with the platform rules as an individual user.
